The underlying data center infrastructure is provided by Salesforce.com, whose global network meets the highest standards of physical security, redundancy and regulatory compliance. Yes, Asset Class supports multi-factor authentication, and it is enabled across all Asset Class environments. Access requires a second form of verification in addition to a password, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access even if login credentials are compromised.

Asset Class partners with OWN (a Salesforce company) to offer continuous, daily and weekly backups of all data, metadata and files. Backups can be automated to meet compliance and books-and-records obligations, and lost data can be fully restored in a few clicks. Athena, the AI layer of Asset Class, guards against human error too: nothing it prepares updates a record until a permitted user signs off, and each approver is logged.

Athena, the AI layer of Asset Class, uses Claude through Anthropic's commercial API, and under those terms your inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models. Athena acts only within each user's permissions, so it cannot see or act on data that person couldn't, and every action is recorded with the approver and timestamp.
