Asset Class is priced by the parts you switch on. Each internal user needs a Universal User Licence at $99 per month. Athena Fund OS is $1,250 per month and LP Portal and LP Mobile is $1,000 per month. Athena Mail ($500) and Deal and Portfolio Management ($1,000) are monthly add-ons. Usage adds $1 per LP and $150 per $100M of AUM each month, dropping to $50 above $1BN. One-off setup is $6,950, plus $5,950 per 20,000 records migrated.

The Asset Class Universal User Licence costs $99 per user per month. Each one covers investor CRM, records and pipeline, email and calendar integration, and Athena AI actions across that user's own work, with a permission profile matched to their role. Capital calls, distributions and reporting sit in Athena Fund OS at $1,250 per month, and email campaigns in Athena Mail at $500 per month.

Asset Class adds fundraising and investor onboarding through LP Portal and LP Mobile at $1,000 per month, with data rooms, eSubscription and a white-label app for your investors. Portfolio KPI tracking and company self-reporting come with Deal and Portfolio Management, an Athena add-on at $1,000 per month. Both sit on top of the $99 per-user Universal User Licence.

The Asset Class LP Portal and LP Mobile costs $1,000 per month. It gives your investors a white-label portal and mobile app on iOS and Android, with data rooms for fundraising, investor onboarding with eSubscription, and self-service access to statements, notices and tax documents. Each LP with portal access adds $1 per month. It works alongside the $99 per-user Universal User Licence and Athena Fund OS.

Athena Fund OS is the fund operations layer of Asset Class, at $1,250 per month. It covers fund and investment management, capital calls and distributions, bank reconciliation with an audit trail, and reports and dashboards cited to source. Athena, the AI layer of Asset Class, validates the allocations your administrator or finance team sends, drafts each notice and matches the cash, with your team signing off at each control point.

Asset Class charges two usage fees that follow the size of your firm, billed monthly alongside your platform fees. The LP fee is $1 per month for each investor record with portal access. The AUM fee is $150 per month for each $100M of AUM up to $1BN, then $50 per month for each additional $100M above $1BN. All prices are in USD.

Asset Class charges two one-off fees to get your firm live, both scoped and quoted before any work starts. Configuration, deployment and training costs $6,950 and sets up your funds, entities, permissions and templates, with training for every team. Data and document migration costs $5,950 per 20,000 documents or records, bringing investor records, historic documents and fund data across, indexed and searchable on arrival.

Yes, every $99 Asset Class Universal User Licence includes Athena AI actions across that user's own work. With two add-ons, Athena, the AI layer of Asset Class, takes on more work. Athena Mail ($500 per month) sends mass email to LP segments through SendGrid, with each message drafted for your team to sign off. Deal and Portfolio Management ($1,000 per month) adds deal pipeline, portfolio KPI tracking and company self-reporting.
