Asset Class LP App for iPhone and Android: portfolios, fund documents, notifications, and more

Asset Class is now on the App Store and Google Play. Your investors sign in with the portal credentials you already issued them, and from that point their positions, fund documents and notices sit on their phone.

Their portfolio, and the detail behind it

Contributions, distributions and commitments are summarised the moment the app opens, on charts that respond to pinch and drag. Tapping into a position shows the commitment, the full transaction history and the documents that belong to it, with anything still pending flagged. Quarterly reports, distribution notices and capital call notices reach investors as soon as you publish them, and open in the app’s own PDF and image viewer.

A capital call now arrives as a phone notification

Post a capital call, distribution notice or fund update, and the investors holding an active position in that fund get a notification. Tapping it opens the app on that document, and unread items are counted on the bell icon inside the app. You decide which document types do this: three settings hold the file types behind contributions, distributions and fund updates, and clearing all three turns it off.

One account for web & phone

There is no separate account for your investors to create and no new list of users for you to maintain. After the first sign-in, Face ID, Touch ID or a fingerprint opens the app. Portfolio data is held encrypted on the device and scoped to that investor, so the app still works on a plane or underground and catches up when the phone next has a connection.

Your brand, your permissions

Colours, logo and support contact details come from your Asset Class org. The app reads the same data as your investor portal and respects the same sharing rules, so an investor sees a subset of what your portal already shows them, but now on their phone.
